Lock One Community Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the fine arts in Auglaize, Shelby, Mercer, and surrounding counties. Our Goal is to present a variety of arts related activities, major stage productions, children's productions, classes, seminars and exhibits. Lock One Community Arts was formed in July of 2001. A historical name (Lock One) was chosen to remind us of the rich history which the Miami-Erie canal brought to our area. The canal was vital in helping not only to export products, but also to import them as well. So too, we envision Lock One Community Arts as a vital part of our communities by bringing in the arts as well as sharing the rich talent that is already present in our communities.
